Low Impact is all about making the world a better place, by helping individuals to lower their impact on the environment. As part of making the world a better place, we want to let you know exactly how we deal with your private information!

The Low Impact site requires you to provide an email address when you comment on one of our stories - this helps us to confirm that you are a “real” person, and make contact with you should your posting require some response.

We may use any email address you give us to respond to your question, or to alert you to some news or service we think you might be interested in.  Apart from the actual act of sending you an email, we will not provide your email address to any external organisation, unless required by law!
